I almost thought i would give a good review, but the air conditioning was barely cooling in my room, and the staff was particulary unfriendly, as if i was disturbing them. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but clearly that woudl ve been too much to ask here at this 'grand' hotel.

Recently renovated and nicely decorated place to stay while in Montecatini Terme. Helpful staff throughout. Super bed, big bathroom and central heating, a safe box, and television in the room. Breakfast with cheeses and sweet dishes and salmon. Good and excellent location with a funicular station based an easy walk to the venue. Loved very relaxing area.

The breakfast spread had fantastic choices, perfect for starting the day. The Beautiful Double Room was spacious, designed comfortably for a family stay.
The air-conditioning struggled to keep up with the warmth outside, set unchangeably at 27 degrees. The layout felt outdated in parts, with the spa pool access oddly managed-discovered too late . The bathroom showers were cramped.

Can't recommend highly enough for a brief sojourn
Attentive staff, great breakfast, with the lovely Thomaso ensuring that we enjoyed drinks and snacks by the beautiful terrace after a long day of exploring. The quiet room was also very comfortable, with effective air-conditioning for those warm evenings.

great location but room for improvement
The pool area was inviting, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering both sweet and savory choices. Staff were consistently friendly. Our experience was improved with the warm atmosphere, particularly emphasized by a helpful waitress during breakfast.
The air conditioning struggled to provide adequate cooling, making the room uncomfortably warm at times.

Our stay was very pleasant, thoroughly enjoyed good hot breakfasts.
Perfectly clean hotel, and the staff were best and attentive, location was convenient within walking distance from the city center. The food provided was outstanding. Location: the property was near a day sightseeing, Montecatini Terme, and gardens.
